Neck exercises - stretching and mobilization

Execution:
Start each exercise slowly and gradually progress into the stretch. Perform each movement about 15 times per side. Always keep your eyes open and your mouth closed. Have fun!

Exercises for the back and legs - stretching and mobilization

Execution:
Warm up 5/10 min. on. Start each exercise slowly and gradually progress into the stretch. Perform each movement about 15 times per side. Always keep your eyes open and your back straight, yet stay loose while doing this. Go slightly beyond the limit of the stretching sensation/pain in each movement to be able to progress slowly. Have fun!

Execution:
Start each exercise slowly and gradually progress into the stretch.
